Standards & Process
Quality & Logistics
How we ensure every shipment meets international food safety standards — from farm sourcing to container loading.
Our Process
6-Stage Quality Assurance
Farm-Level Sourcing
We source directly from farmer cooperatives and registered processing units in producing districts — Erode for turmeric, Guntur for chilli, Wayanad for black pepper. No aggregators, no middlemen.
Incoming Material Inspection
Every incoming lot is physically inspected for colour, aroma, moisture, and visible adulteration before acceptance. Rejected lots are returned to the supplier at no cost to the buyer.
NABL Lab Testing
Accepted lots are sent to a NABL-accredited third-party laboratory for full-panel testing: moisture, ash content, microbial load (TPC, yeast & mould, Salmonella), heavy metals, and pesticide residues.
Processing & Grading
Approved raw material is processed (grinding, sifting, grading) in our FSSAI-licensed facility. Mesh size, particle distribution, and colour value are measured at each stage.
Packing & Lot Coding
Finished product is packed with unique lot numbers and production dates. All packs carry FSSAI license number, country of origin, net weight, and shelf life as per importing country requirements.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
A pre-shipment inspection (PSI) is conducted before container loading. COA, moisture test strip results, and photographic evidence of packing are shared with the buyer for approval.
