- Verification quality: can registrations be independently checked and mapped to product category?
- Commercial discipline: are quotation assumptions explicit (spec, quantity, packaging, Incoterm, destination)?
- Documentation reliability: is the shipment-document sequence defined before dispatch?
- Execution governance: is there a clear pre-shipment control process with named accountability?
- Communication quality: does the supplier ask clarifying questions early instead of reworking late?
