Standards & Process
Quality & Specifications
Product specifications are confirmed according to buyer requirements and supplier capability. Certification and compliance requirements can be reviewed based on product and destination market.
Our Process
How We Approach Export Readiness
Product Specifications
Product specifications are confirmed according to buyer requirements and supplier capability at the enquiry stage — including grade, moisture and other buyer-relevant parameters where applicable.
Packaging Requirements
Packaging is matched to product type, order quantity and destination requirement, from retail formats to bulk export packing, subject to availability.
Supplier Documentation
Documentation from suppliers and manufacturers is coordinated and shared with buyers as applicable to the product and order.
Testing Requirements
Testing and analysis requirements are confirmed based on product, buyer specification and destination market, and coordinated with the relevant supplier.
Destination Market Requirements
Import and labelling requirements vary by destination market. These are reviewed with the buyer as part of the enquiry and order process.
Pre-Shipment Coordination
Products are checked against the agreed specification before container loading, with relevant documentation shared for buyer review ahead of shipment.
