Sample Policy
Samples are reviewed case by case and are meant for genuine commercial evaluation, not consumer trial. Sample size, courier cost, destination restrictions and available form are confirmed before dispatch. Some bulk commodities or container-oriented products may require product information, photos or supplier confirmation before a physical sample is practical.
- • Typical food-product samples are 200g or 500g representative packs, not production lots.
- • Air-courier movement through DHL, FedEx or similar carriers is reviewed case by case and depends on destination rules and courier acceptance.
- • Sample and courier costs are confirmed before dispatch; whether any sample cost is credited against a first commercial order is agreed in writing before the order.
- • Final shipment quality is confirmed against the actual commercial lot.
Sample Dispatch Steps
- 1) Buyer shares product, form, destination country and intended commercial use.
- 2) We confirm whether a representative sample is practical for that product and destination.
- 3) Courier acceptance, sample weight, courier cost and paperwork are confirmed.
- 4) Dispatch details and tracking are shared after booking, where courier movement is accepted.
